Description: The summer heat was bearing down on us, making the day even hotter than it usually is. The sun shone brightly and there wasn't a cloud in sight. I was sitting at my desk with my computer when I noticed a message from my friend, Sarah, who I hadn't seen in quite some time. She had apparently been staying at her parents' house, where she was spending the summer, and wanted to come visit me after work today. The last time we had met up was during our high school graduation ceremony, so it had been almost a year since we had spoken. I agreed and we set a meeting time for later in the evening. I started preparing my house for Sarah's arrival by tidying up and cleaning out some of the clutter that had accumulated over the past few weeks. I also made sure to stock up on food and drink, as I knew she would be staying with us overnight. After everything was completed, I turned off my computer and headed outside to go for a walk. The sun was shining brightly, but it wasn't too hot, so I decided to take a dip in the pool that I had installed last year. I placed my towel on the ground and stretched out on top of it, enjoying the warmth of the sunlight as it streamed down onto my skin.
