Realistic Cheerleading Animation CGI Ray-Traced Clothes

Description: You've been invited to join the cheerleading squad, and it's time for your first day. Your coach is very strict about safety and professionalism, so don't get ahead of yourself. Now, you'll need to learn some basic cheerleading skills. First up, let's practice the clap! Keep your wrists bent at a 90-degree angle... Oops, that's not quite right. The correct way is to bend your elbows at a 45-degree angle so your hands are parallel to the ground and snap them together while keeping your shoulders aligned with your hips. Good job! Next up, let's learn the crouch! This is done by bending your knees as deeply as you can and lowering your chest toward your thighs until your heels touch the ground. Keep your back straight, this is important so you don't hurt yourself. You should be able to hold this position for five seconds without breaking form... Now it's time for some tumbling routines! First up, we'll have you practice a forward roll. Start by lying flat on the floor and bring your arms above your head... Now, bend your knees and lift your hips until they're perpendicular to the ground. Roll your body forward while keeping your eyes closed, or else you'll end up smacking them against the mat! When you land, make sure you do so with both hands and knees simultaneously... Next up is a backflip. You can do this either standing up or from a crouch - just make sure your arms are extended straight overhead when you flip... Now let's put everything together for a cheerleading routine! First we'll start by clapping our hands while leaning forward and arching our backs to create a V shape with our chests. Then we'll snap our wrists and raise our arms high above our heads... Now we're ready to perform the jump! Bend your knees, lift your hips, and hold that position as you jump straight up into the air - don't forget to keep your eyes closed so you don't get a concussion! Land gently with both feet on the ground... Lastly, we'll end our routine with a high kick. This involves lifting one leg as high above the head as possible while keeping the other foot on the ground. Make sure you don't strain your thighs too much during this step...
