Description: In this video, I'm going to show you my favorite exercises to keep me toned and healthy. It's important for girls like me to stay fit because we want to look our best all the time. So let's get started! First up, I'll show you my ab workout routine. I like to do a set of 15 crunches followed by a 10-second rest period. Afterward, I do 20 ab twists for another 10 seconds of rest before doing a set of 15 leg raises. Leg raises are a great exercise because they work your abs as well as your thighs and glutes, all at the same time! The key to getting abs is consistent effort over time, so don't give up even if it feels tough at first!
