Description: Louisa Lu is an aspiring young secretary who dreams of climbing the corporate ladder and eventually becoming a powerful executive. One day, while working late at the office, she wears her grey glossy high-heel boots to feel more confident about her upcoming presentation. However, during the process of getting ready for the presentation, Louisa accidentally steps on a paper clip, causing it to puncture her delicate baby toe and leave a tiny red dot on her white silk stocking. Unable to change the shoes due to the event's close proximity, she must somehow hide the injury while performing her duties. To do so, Louisa wears a pair of grey high-heeled boots with glossy finish to cover up the injury and make it appear as if nothing happened. Throughout the day, she manages to keep her injury hidden from her coworkers and clients. At the end of the day, when she takes off her shoes, she discovers that the red dot has transferred onto her black silk stockings. Unable to hide the wound anymore, Louisa must face the consequences of her actions, including possible termination from her job. With her dreams dashed, Louisa is forced to resign and embarks on a new journey as a stripper in a seedy underground club where she quickly becomes a top earner.
