After spending months working on his beach body, John finally gets the chance to flaunt it, only to find himself overwhelmed by the attention from hot chicks on a beautiful beach. He meets up with his best friend Carl who's also been hitting the gym hard, and the two decide to take turns taking pictures of each other as part of their fitness routine. Together they explore the sunny beaches and enjoy themselves, until one particular moment when John gets caught up in the waves and almost drowns. With his lifeguard Savannah's help he is able to get back on his feet, but she can't seem to shake the feeling that something is amiss with him.
